The advantage of such events is that there is no need to advertise your skills - beginner-freelancers can also win the competition if they are masters of their craft.

The guarantee of payment is achieved using the Work Crow deal - the client's funds are reserved in a special account, and after the successful completion of the project, they are sent to the freelancer.
